Chicken breast: sliced; Carrot: cut into thin strips; Broccoli: cut into small florets; Red onion: thinly sliced; Garlic: crushed; Fresh ginger: grated; Spring onion: sliced; Cooking oil: olive oil, or sesame oil if preferred; Lime: juiced.
Step by step
Mix the soy sauce, lime juice, honey, water, chilli flakes and cornflour.
Cook the noodles according to the packet instructions, drain and set aside.

Slice the chicken and season with black pepper.
Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan.
